How does sizing work for collars and harnesses?
Use a soft tape and measure the widest part of your dog's neck for a collar, or the broadest part of the chest for a harness. We size in even inches; if you fall between sizes, we recommend you size up.
Are EVO™ components cross-compatible across the collection?
Yes. The EVO™ patent makes every leash, collar, and harness across the Era Collection interchangeable. Mix Heritage Leather and finish freely; Spring '26 will introduce fabric Interlink™ Straps.
How is shipping handled?
Complimentary ground shipping on orders over $250 within the continental U.S. International orders ship via DHL Express. All pieces are individually packed in our reusable Heritage Leather sleeve.
What is the return window?
30 days on unworn, undamaged pieces. Made-to-order pieces — including custom Heritage colorways and engravings — are final sale.
Can I request a custom Heritage colorway?
Yes. Submit a Collaboration inquiry above. We work with our atelier in West Hollywood to develop bespoke colors at a six-piece minimum.
